Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging with attached tags.
Required Documentation
To complete a return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 working days, and for exchanges, the new item will be dispatched within 3 days.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy criteria.
